5 Places Realtors Can Use Their Headshots

A professional headshot of a realtor in business attire, looking confident and approachable. Use this image to strengthen your personal brand and differentiate yourself from competitors in business cards, email signatures, and more.

Hey there, it’s Levi, the headshot specialist.

In my line of work, I’ve seen a lot of real estate headshots. While most realtors understand the importance of having a professional headshot, many don’t know how to use it to their advantage. People today remember images – that’s a constant.  Seeing the same stunning image in all five locations will help solidify your brand. That’s why I want to share five places where realtors can use their headshots for maximum impact today.

1. Business Cards

Business cards may seem like a thing of the past, but they are still an important part of a realtor’s marketing arsenal. Your headshot should be prominently displayed on your business card, along with your contact information and any relevant branding. I suggest placing your entire image on one side of the card, with all text on the opposite side of the card.  A stunning image will draw someone’s eye to your card and they will remember it when they see this same image in other places. This will help you make a strong first impression and build brand recognition.

2. Yard Signs

Yard signs are a great way to promote your listings and build your personal brand. Including your headshot on your yard sign will help people associate your face with your listings and make it easier for potential clients to remember you.

3. Social Media Posts for Homes for Sale or just sold.

Social media is a powerful tool for real estate marketing, and your headshot should be a part of it. When you post photos of homes for sale, make sure to include your headshot somewhere in the post. Overlaying the image in the bottom LEFT side of the post will cause the viewer to see it first.  Most of the time, your listing will not be for every viewer you have on social media.   This type of post shows you are busy, successful, and knowledgeable about real estate.  Repeatedly showcasing your image will help solidify your brand.

4. Homes That You Just Sold

When you sell a home, it’s a great opportunity to showcase your success and build your personal brand. THIS is an opportunity to choose another image from the same shoot that might invoke a DIFFERENT EMOTION.  Maybe an image that evokes more success, or “a win” keeps the same branding yet conveys a new emotion continues branding yourself to your viewers.

5. Email Signatures

Your email signature is another opportunity to showcase your headshot and build your personal brand. Make sure to include your headshot along with your contact information in your email signature. This will help you make a strong first impression and stand out from the competition.

In conclusion, your headshot is an important part of your personal brand as a realtor. By using it strategically in places like business cards, yard signs, social media posts, homes that you just sold, and email signatures, you can make a strong first impression, build brand recognition, and stand out from the competition.
